RESERVATIONS
A rental is confirmed only after availability, dates, price and any required payment or deposit have been agreed.
RENTAL PERIOD
The agreed rental period includes the pickup and return windows stated in the confirmation. Extensions require prior approval.
DEPOSIT
A refundable security deposit may be required depending on the object, quantity and project.
CARE / DAMAGE
The renter is responsible for reasonable care of the items during the rental period. Damage, loss or missing components may be charged according to the agreed rental terms.
INSTALLATION
Some objects require delivery or installation by Overlooked. Do not modify, drill, repaint or structurally alter rental items without written approval.
CANCELLATION
Cancellation and rescheduling conditions should be included in the final quotation or booking confirmation.
